Rapptors Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rapptors! We want you to enjoy your experience with us to the fullest. To keep things smooth and clear, we’ve outlined our return, refund, and cancellation policies below. Don’t worry we’ve kept it straightforward, with a touch of prehistoric personality to make things a little more fun!

1. Returns, Refunds & Replacements: No Questions Asked!

We know sometimes things don’t work out. No stress! We’ve got you covered under these friendly policies:

How to Return/Exchange:

  • Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must fill out our official return request form:
    https://rapptorsville.com/apps/ezy/returns

  • Returns will only be accepted once this form is properly filled and submitted.

  • Pack everything up the product, original packaging, protective seal (mandatory), invoice, Deletes (lens cleaner and cloth), Remains (cover), and all the accessories  and get it ready for pickup.

Important Packing Instructions:

  • Please pack the product securely inside a brown corrugated box (preferably the original shipping box) to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

  • If the product gets damaged due to improper or unsafe packaging, it will be considered the customer’s responsibility, and the return/refund may be rejected.

Sit back while we take care of the rest.

Return/Exchange Processing Fee:

  • A ₹200 return/exchange processing fee per article will be applicable.

  • This fee covers reverse logistics, quality check handling, and processing charges.

Example:

  • If you purchased 1 product and wish to return it, ₹200 will be deducted as processing fees.

  • If you purchased 2 products and wish to return both, ₹200 per product (total ₹400) will be applicable.

Quality Check (QC):

When your return lands back at Rapptors HQ, our team will give it a once-over. If it’s damaged, looks used, or missing parts, we may have to send it back to you. Delivery fees for such returns will be borne by the customer  no hard feelings, but rules are rules.

Once everything passes our quality check and is verified to be in perfect condition, we’ll initiate your refund (if applicable) or process a replacement.

Refund Mode:

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source/bank.

  • For COD orders, the refund will be issued in store credits, and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the COD fee of ₹120 is non-refundable.

Sale Items:

Snagged something on sale? That’s a fossil find! But all sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges allowed.

Customised Power Lens Orders:

Added your own prescription to your Rapptors? Roarsome!
But once customised, they’re non-returnable and non-refundable.
Also, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom orders.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges:

Heads up! COD charges are non-refundable because even our delivery dinos need to be paid.

Order Confirmation for COD:

  • All COD orders are confirmed before shipping.

  • We will send you a message on WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address, and we may also call you for verification.

  • Only after confirmation will your COD order be shipped.

RTO (Return to Origin):

If your order returns to us because it wasn’t received, we may charge 25% of the order value. Failed deliveries eat into our time and resources — we’d rather spend that energy finding your perfect fit.

2. Cancel, But Don’t Ghost

Life happens, and plans change we get it! Here’s what you need to know about cancelling your order:

For Sunglasses & Eyeglasses:

You can cancel your order by logging into your account, messaging us on WhatsApp 9868102333, or emailing us at support@rapptorsville.com.
The catch? You have to cancel before your order leaves the nest (a.k.a. our warehouse). Once it’s on the move, there’s no stopping that bird.

Partial Cancellations:

We’re all in, or not at all. Sorry, partial cancellations aren’t available.

Offer-Specific Cancellations:

Caught a deal? Roar! Just check the offer’s T&Cs  some discounts are as final as a meteor strike.

3. Play Fair: No Tricks, Please

We’re all about keeping it real. So, if you try to game the system with fake details, multiple email IDs, or exploit glitches, your order will be cancelled and no refund issued.

Similarly, placing bulk orders and returning them all? That’s not how the herd rolls. We may apply a hefty return or cancellation fee because we believe in fair play for all.

4. A Quick Recap

  • You have 7 days to return, refund, or exchange no questions asked (except for sale or customised items).

  • ₹200 processing fee per article applies.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Customised Rapptors (with power lenses) are non-returnable and not eligible for COD.

  • RTO charges may range between 25%, depending on the order.

  • Play nice. We love our customers, but not clever dinos trying to outsmart the system.
